Jewett sits in Leon County near the Freestone County line. Small town. Some properties in town, lots of rural land around it.
The pest problems are consistent with rural East Texas. Fire ants across properties. Mosquitoes near wooded areas. Termites in older structures. Rodents in outbuildings. Wildlife getting into homes.
We’ve been handling pest control in Jewett since 2006. We know rural properties. We know what it takes.
Properties around Jewett have acres of fire ant territory. Pastures, yards, around buildings – they spread fast and build aggressive colonies.
Our Premium and Elite plans include fire ant treatment up to 20,000 sq ft. Larger properties quoted based on actual acreage.
Woods, low areas, pastures – Jewett’s got prime mosquito breeding habitat. Spring through fall, they make outdoor time brutal.
Monthly mosquito treatments reduce populations. Barrier sprays and In2Care systems make properties usable again.
Older homes, barns, sheds – any wood structure is vulnerable. Humidity and wood create perfect termite conditions around Jewett.
We inspect, treat with Termidor, and install Sentricon systems for long-term monitoring.
Mice and rats love rural properties. Barns, sheds, workshops – they nest, breed, cause damage.
We trap inside structures, bait exteriors, seal entry points where possible.
Raccoons, squirrels, possums – rural properties attract wildlife. They get into attics, damage structures, tear up insulation.
We trap, remove, seal entry points. Some jobs need clean-up after removal.
Essential or Premium Plan usually works. Quarterly treatments for everyday pests. Premium adds rodent control and fire ant treatment.
More land means more pest pressure across the board. Fire ants, mosquitoes, wildlife.
Premium or Elite Plan recommended. Fire ant and mosquito service quoted based on property size.
Barns, sheds, workshops – each structure attracts pests. More buildings mean more ongoing pressure.
Premium or Elite gives better coverage for multiple structures.
Older homes and barns have gaps, wood damage, moisture problems. Pests exploit every weakness.
We treat and identify issues. Heavy exclusion work quoted separately.
Quarterly pest control for ants, roaches, spiders, and common pests. Interior and exterior work. Web and wasp removal up to 15 feet. Re-service guarantee if pests return.
Everything in Essential plus exterior rodent stations, fire ant treatment up to 20,000 sq ft, and wasp nest removal up to 30 feet.
Complete protection. Everything above plus Sentricon termite monitoring and carpenter ant treatment.
Bundle mosquito or lawn service and save 10%.
Black widows, brown recluse, wolf spiders, orb weavers – all common around rural properties. They love barns, sheds, equipment storage.
We treat where they’re living. Harborage areas, under structures, around foundations.
Argentine ants, carpenter ants, rover ants, fire ants – they find moisture, food, ways inside.
We locate colonies, treat them directly when possible, create barriers.
Tractors, equipment, barns, sheds – wasps build nests everywhere. Dangerous when working.
We knock down nests regularly. Essential up to 15 feet, Premium and Elite up to 30 feet.
Mice and rats chew wiring, contaminate feed, nest in insulation and stored items.
Ongoing treatment keeps populations controlled. Need exterior baiting and entry sealing.
